From quote to paid

Build a quote, let the customer approve and book themselves, then invoice and get paid.

This loop is the whole product. Everything else is Foreman telling you which part of it to do next.

  1. Build a quote — the lines come from your price book, so it starts half-written.
  2. Send it. Today the email is what gets there, so make sure your customer’s email address is on file. Foreman also hands you the link, so you can send it yourself from your own phone.
  3. Your customer opens it on their phone, approves with one tap — no login, no app — and picks their own appointment slot.
  4. Do the work, finish the job, and create the invoice from it.
  5. Get paid by card, cash or check. Foreman chases anything overdue for you.
Sending by text is waiting on carrier approval. Email works today and we’ll let you know the moment texting joins in.

They book themselves

The part nobody else does: when your customer approves the quote, they choose from real openings pulled out of your working hours. No phone tag, no “let me check and call you back.” Set Settings → Working hours first so the times it offers are times you’d actually turn up.

What the job cost you

On any job there’s a “Costs on this job” card. Punch in the amount and snap the receipt right at the parts counter — it’s built for one hand. Costs and photos travel with the job through to the invoice, and your receipts stay private to your business.

Your crew can log costs too, and they never see a price, a quote total or an invoice while they do it.

Overdue money

Overdue invoices get a friendly automatic reminder with the pay link — capped and paced so it never feels spammy. Money → Cash shows you everything outstanding and how old it is.
